5) Unni Lindell, Orkestergraven (2008) En Cato Isaksen-roman.

Hvilken bog kunne du tænke dig at få anmeldt først?
Which book would you like me to review first?

NB: today is last chance to win Bait in the Box # 50.

Margot: helt korrekt dansk! I might read Anne Holt and make both you and Jane happy.

Matt Rees sends a comment which he was not able to post himself:

hi Dorte, I'm glad you like my novel En grav i Gaza as I notice on your blog. I should point out that it wasn't published in Israel, though. It was first published in Britain and the US and is being translated into 23 languages. I do live in Jerusalem, where I first came as a journalist 14 years ago. But it's not an Israeli book. Glad you wrote about it. best, Matt
(I tried to post this as a comment on your blog post, but it wouldn't register. Can you put it up there yourself for me? Thanks so much.)

Hi Matt.

Nice to meet you! How embarrassing that there were two factual errors in my post yesterday, but I can assure you that I only copied information from my library books.

I have seen so many promising reviews of your series that I had to try it. The first is on my shelf, and then I found the second in the local library the other day so I will have to try to find time to read them both in January.

I had an extra reason for wanting something from Asia, however. I have come up with a Global Reading Challenge for 2010 which ´forces´ me to read two novels from each continent this year.

Cheers, Dorte.

I have been meaning to read Michael Connolly - I'll definitely be interested in hearing your thoughts on Echo Park!

Belle: but if you all want different books, I will have to read them all!!! LOL
