This one is from the porch of the church in Jannerup, Thy.
In Denmark we call the porch a ´weapon house´
- the place where you leave your weapons behind before entering the church.

A woman after my own heart, I also have a thing about windows - and, talking of churches, gargoyles. Any chance of you featuring some of these?

I don´t think we have any gargoyles in Thy. I can show you a Scottish gargoyle one day, but not on a Thy´s day.

I love windows, too....and doors! In fact, I love churches in general (and castles).

Dorte - that's a good tip about not using a flash facility. I'm taking more photos these days, but would love to improve and produce better ones.
Linda: I just use my husband´s digital camera, but after I began this weekly feature, I have become more interested in taking good photos for my blog so I think more about what the camera can do now than before where I just shot.
