Bente: I agree that the padlock appeals to my curiosity (even though I know it is there to protect someone´s fishing gear). Good to hear from you; I was beginning to get worried because I hadn´t seen you around for a few days. I hope you are well.
Margot: do you know Beth Fish´s blog? When it comes to photography, her Wordless Wednesday feature has taught me a lot about choosing interesting details.
Tracy: you are welcome. There are many of these great details in Vorupør where we have a cottage.
Tak for din omsorg! Du har ret! Min ryg har været tosset i denne uge,så jeg har måttet prioritere meget! Nu skal jeg til fysioterapi og have en total kropsbehandling,så går det sikkert bedre i morgen! KH Bente
I just put this into the babelfish translator thing (english to dutch) and got this: "mooi, het verbazen" which I HOPE means Beautiful! Amazing! because I really, really like this photo. :)

How beatifull it is this door! And my fantasy starts immediately...Why is it locked that way? Is somebody taken prison behind this door?

Dorte - That's a lovely 'photo; I like the contrast between the color of the door and the color of the building. It's very effective.
Some pictures really do paint a thousand words - thanks for this picture Dorte.

I loved the window last time, but I like doors even better.
This one with the snow on its steps is nice!!
Oh, my is that pretty. The mauve and gray are meant for each other.
Kelly, they are from the same shed, and I also found them irresistible.
Patti: yes, they knew what they did when they painted those fishing villages :D
Kære Dorte!

Care: yes, it means something like that (I am still not Dutch, but Danish, though ;D)
Funny that we always fall for fishermen´s cottages and sheds (beautiful to look at but I would abhor living in one).
I love this shot! Wonderful.
Beth: I hope I have learned to have an eye for details by visiting your blog :D
