Blog-Out
I am afraid it will not be possible for me to blog very much next week.
At work, I am participating in a project called Bodies of Evidence in one of my classes. In groups, the students will have to try to solve criminal cases on their own, and it is my job to keep them preoccupied with a steady flow of clues, reports etc every day. My two colleagues and I tried it two years ago. All in all it was a great success – but it certainly kept me busy!
So don´t expect regular posts from me – unless some of you want to play along?
Any wanna-be detectives out there?

Yeah, I wanna play along!
Have fun. Any other time I would have loved to join you, not that I would have been any good. Another time perhaps?
Dorte - What a fantastic project!! I envy your students : ). I hope it goes wonderfully well, and I hope you will let us know how it went.
Sounds like great fun. Let us know.
Iasa: that´s the spirit! Let´s see tomorrow if anyone else wants to.
Tracy: another time!
Margot: it should be fun. They are very curious, and my colleagues are also very engaged in this project.
Patti, I will!
I`m in, though I`m not sure how to do it...
Bente: great! You are supposed to get a tiny bit wiser tomorrow. But I have not tried it on my blog before so you will be test pilots! :D
This sounds fun, but I'm not sure I would be any good at it. You'd think with all the mysteries I've read in my life I would be good at solving them, but...not so.
Still, a tiny part of me wants to give it a try.
Kelly: you can always try; it will cost you absolutely nothing (except time) :D
I am not very good at guessing anyone else´s plots either, but having read many mysteries should be an advantage here.
As you know, I'm terribly busy myself right now -- have fun, and I'll be checking in when I can.
Beth: you are heartily welcome any time!
Have a great time, Dorte, it sounds like fun!
Louise: we have had a great beginning today, and my colleague has succeeded in getting two detective constables to come tomorrow and tell about their work and answer questions.
Sounds like you like your job and your pupils, Dorte. Have a lot of fun :-)
Søren: I do like my job and this class, and they have had a great day with visiting detective constables and autopsies of tiny pigs!
Sounds like a lot of fun -- good luck, and let us know how it goes!
Kim: it was quite a successful week even if I say it myself. I and my two colleagues enjoyed it, and I have all my students´ evaluation forms to prove that they learned something and had fun as well!
