These May days are so bitterly cold that I prefer to curl up in an armchair with a good crime novel and show you some pictures from last year.

Margot: Yes, aren´t they pretty? And fortunately it has been a bit warmer today.
I can't imagine a bitterly cold day in May. We're already getting in the 90sF.
What kind of tree is that?
The first one is a close-up of a plum tree. The second looks like a fruit tree, but as far as I recall, it isn´t.
And the other day we had c 55 Fahrenheit. Brrrrr.
How beautiful, sadly the strong winds have blown lots of blossom off the trees where I live.
Hard to imagine temperatures in the 90's in the English summer let alone in May.
Tracy: I am not sure I want temperatures in the 90s at all, but perhaps something in between 55 and 90.
